From 2006 to December 2024, the Compredia project was operated by Compredia GmbH. Starting December 2, 2024, the project will be managed by OS GmbH.
What does this mean for existing orders?

Orders placed before December 1, 2024:
These will be processed as usual by Compredia GmbH.

Orders placed on or after December 2, 2024:
These will be handled directly by OS GmbH.
For you as a customer, nothing changes – our shop system will continue to operate without customer accounts.
Why this change?
The transition of the project to OS GmbH combines the strengths of both companies:
- Compredia GmbH: Technological expertise and IT competence.
- OS GmbH: Specialist in order processing, logistics, and export.
The goal is to offer you, our customer, even better service, a broader range of products, and better prices.

Availability notifications
Register for products that are currently unavailable, and we will notify you as soon as they are back in stock.
Please understand that there might be minor initial difficulties during the first 1–2 weeks following the transition.
What stays the same – and what changes?
- Email addresses: These remain unchanged.
- Bank details: For prepayment and invoice customers, our bank details will change (please note).
- Data protection: No order, invoice, or other data from Compredia GmbH has been transferred to OS GmbH.
The experienced core team from Compredia GmbH will continue to be active within OS GmbH to provide you with the same high-quality service you are used to.
